Our team combines dual-certified health and life coaching with 30 years of registered nursing expertise, delivering science-backed, whole-person wellness programs built around our proprietary C.R.U.S.H. Method. Formerly Chrysalis Transformational Coaching LLC, we bring decades of professional leadership, pastoral ministry, and clinical experience to every client engagement. We do not offer generic advice — we offer a structured, RN-supported coaching practice committed to one mission: helping adults over 40 crush through their mountain.

Henry Gaskins
Dual-Certified Health & Life Coach · Founder, C.R.U.S.H. Your Mountain Coaching LLC
Henry Gaskins didn't find health coaching — health coaching found him when he needed it most. After receiving a Type 2 diabetes diagnosis, Henry refused to accept it as a permanent verdict. Through research, discipline, and a commitment to radical lifestyle change, he reversed his condition entirely — and in doing so, discovered his calling.

Fueled by his own transformation, Henry launched the C.R.U.S.H. Your Mountain YouTube channel and podcast — a platform dedicated to equipping adults with the science-backed tools, mindset shifts, and practical strategies needed to reclaim their health. The show's reach grew alongside Henry's credentials: he enrolled in Health Coach Institute and earned dual certification as both a Health Coach and a Life Coach, formalizing the expertise his audience had already come to trust. He then founded Chrysalis Transformational Coaching LLC, now rebranded as C.R.U.S.H. Your Mountain Coaching LLC, where he helps clients improve their health and wellness outlook through the C.R.U.S.H. method.
